Help Needed to get into a league... Options

Hey everyone, I am somewhat new to the area. I am looking to get into an adult league, but it seems like the registration forms dont allow for individual registration. I am a B/C player (more likely B) and was wondering if anyone needed players so it would be easier. Or can I just sign up via the registration forms and then get placed on a team. c and D league will be starting at the MISF around the first of October. A/B league is currently going on now (I think). I don't know how the A/B season runs, but they started their summer league later than C/D.
