Stephanie just noticed on her account that Metro did an unauthorized withdrawal from Stephanie's account for her payment for the second half of the season.
She had paid the first part the beginning of the season with a card. Her account was low from other bills and was saving money for her other bills (car and rent) for the beginning of the month. Since she was getting paid on Wednesday, she was going to pay her second league payment then. However, when she logged on tonight to double check that she had money for her bills, she noticed they had done an unauthorized withdrawal. Now, she is going to overdraft on her one of her other bills because of it. She is going to be calling the rink tomorrow to get it taken care of.
We looked over the registration and there is nothing about automatic withdrawals. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident, but everyone should check their accounts to double check.

One must be very careful when dealing with the MISF Management. Words are spoken but actions are slow to develop if ever. The ice is getting to be crappy again because there are people who are operating the zam that don't much care about the quality of ice. At least that is what it has been the last couple of weeks. If in fact there is a charge to your card that you did not authorize contact your card company report it and let them do the fighting. they have much more power to make things happen. You can try the rink and maybe it was simply an overlook but I am betting they took everyone who charge the first half with a credit card and charged the second half without out even talking to anyone.
