Naughty naughty...any teams caught with players subbing gets a $100 penalty for the first offence, $500 for the second, and the team gets booted from the league for the third. Not sure who actually pays, but I guess that is what the rules are. Goalies are the only ones that are allowed to sub.

the rules are you can have a sub but you must follow these guidelines

1. 3/4 moon in full view.
2. 3rd wed with the day ending in a 5
3. the sub must play with a pink sock on his or her right foot
4. the sub can only score if the goalie has a cut on his left hand
5. oysters must be in season
6. the team capt. must have a shot of rumplemist prior to the first time the puck touches the ice.
